Bounty Box
This week it looks like a mix of salad greens, beets, potatoes, fresh basil, peas, apples, peas, garlic and radishes. I usually like radishes sliced with soft tacos, but I am intrigued by the radishes with salt and butter that show up in magazines all the time. It seems so decadent, buttering your raw vegetables. The other night I had a great dish with roasted radishes and sauteed greens and looking over this Bounty Box, that seems like another great option.
