Another huge haul this week: Potatoes, apples, Easter Egg radishes, Shiitake mushrooms, green onions, bibb lettuce, salad greens, fresh beet pasta, dill and rosemary. Oh, and an acorn squash. I used the mushrooms in a tomato sauce for last week’s spaghetti squash and those potatoes and rosemary will go nicely together. Still, what with all the parties this time of year, I’m hard pressed to do any cooking. Luckily, we’ve got one more week and then a three week hiatus while we work our way through all the Christmas leftovers!
