Second Fourth

It’s our second Fourth of July in our house and we pulled up this photo to check how far we’ve come. Last year our house still had the old siding in the gables, was still the awful mint green, it had a terrible screen door, we had no landscaping to speak of, and we didn’t even have Wyatt yet. In fact, nowadays it’s hard to take a photo of the house without Wyatt standing on the walk, waiting for us to walk back across the street. 

But we still think Hawaii and Alaska are extraneous.
