This week’s box featured sweet potatoes, shitake mushrooms, kuri squash, green onions, frozen blueberries, fettucini, and pork tenderloin. We used the mushrooms immediately—sautéing them with swiss chard and onions. Looks like muffins are on the menu again (tip: if you use frozen blueberries in your muffins, you prevent the batter from turning purple). Kuri squash is a new one. It’s supposed to taste sweet and nutty so maybe a soup would be nice.
